Is this the same Orrin Hatch who heaps such praise upon
Justice Scalia as an originalist yet disregards the unambiguous mandate
of Article II Section 2 paragraph 2 of the Constitution for the
Senate to give advice and consent on a nominee for the Supreme Court?
No, this is the Orrin Hatch who follows the party mantra to
take any and all actions, unconstitutional or not, to thwart the
presidency of Mr. Obama.
